Firearms Instructor

Position Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and safety-driven Firearms Instructor to join our training team. The ideal candidate is passionate about responsible firearm education and committed to delivering high-quality instruction to students of all experience levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct group and private firearms training classes

• Teach firearm safety, handling, marksmanship fundamentals, and defensive techniques

• Ensure strict adherence to all range safety protocols

• Provide constructive coaching and student performance feedback

• Maintain training equipment and classroom materials

• Stay current on industry standards, laws, and best practices

Qualifications:

• Valid firearms instructor certification (NRA or equivalent)

• Strong understanding of firearm safety and state laws

• Prior teaching or coaching experience preferred

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications:

• Range Safety Officer certification

• Law enforcement or military background

• CPR/First Aid certification
