Menu items include gourmet pizza and burgers, as well as healthy quinoa bowls, chicken salad wraps and fresh vegetarian options like the falafel burrito. For Founders members, Apex Gourmet offers an exclusive menu featuring decadent lobster rolls heaping with fresh meat, gourmet pastas and succulent steaks. Enjoy the gourmet fare in our convenient outdoor seating area. Apex Gourmet is the perfect pit stop after a few hours at the range.
